“We had Mark over here for a full day today doing lots of odd jobs which were left over after having our extension built. He worked really hard and completed three lots of tiling, adding door hooks, hanging a coat rack, large mirror, two magnet boards and a large painting, mounting a house name plate and a kitchen towel hook. We have booked him again for another day to do the grouting and many other jobs we have. We are very happy with his work and feel confident that he can tackle anything we ask of him. He is also a really polite and professional workman and very respectful of our house and new furnishings. Can’t recommend Mark and Sandy at Sustainable Handyman Services enough. “We would highly recommend Sustainable Handyman Services! We needed 9 blinds fitting and were finding it difficult to get someone to do this for us. After a recommendation from another tradesperson, in stepped Sandy. He managed to squeeze us in at pretty short notice. Sandy was on time and completed the job cleanly and quickly at a very fair price. His work was meticulous and we are delighted with the end product (it is so good to finally have privacy!) and will definitely be using Sustainable Handyman Services again in the future. “I would highly recommend Sandy! He has been extremely creative, helpful and reliable. He and James were fantastic and did a brilliant job on a number of jobs we needed doing. From fixing a fence panel, colour drenching our bedrooms, fixing our grout between tiles in the shower, correcting some paint detailing i poorly attempted, to free building a shelving unit in our garage to store all our belonging! Thankyou so much! What really tops it off is that they are also just very lovely genuine guys who wanted to ensure they did the best job for us. “ was so lucky to meet sandy and co yesterday, he and a colleague came and put up a shelf on the wall for me. Really down to earth chaps who in their shocking generosity didn’t charge me…. As a single parent who is at university and runs a small business and local community groups they felt I deserved to catch a break it was my birthday to. To say I was blown away was an understatement I’ll never forget such unexpected kindness.”

“I would wholeheartedly recommend Sandy - he's reliable, trustworthy, knows his stuff inside out, and does a beautiful, painstaking job. He recently put up shelves in lots of rooms in our house and did such a great job. He sourced reclaimed scaffolding, sanded and oiled them, and they look a treat. No trouble was too much and he took our old crumbling walls in his stride with know how and confidence. He turned up when he said he would, made brilliant suggestions, quoted and charged honestly and transparently and - importantly - was lovely to have around the house, cheerful and thoughtful and a really nice bloke. We're already planning plenty more jobs for him and he only finished the last one yesterday! Highly recommended. ”
